| Our Sea Fishing Club has used this pub as a regular watering hole after a hard days' fishing for the past 8 or 9 years. It is (was) a cracking Pub and we were saddened to see it shut up during a trip in May. I really hope it re-opens in all its former glory, as the regulars are a great bunch. | This pub was the best in fleetwood till our long standing landlady felt it was time to move on.The new person didnt last long and the pub seam to open as and when he pleased.Then another new opperator took it on,they lasted only a few months.At present the pub it shut,but there may be hope on the horizon in the form of our long standing landlady and or son.Lets hope theres a come back on the cards,i would hate to think it gets knocked down and flats built.
