The decor is the kind that would probably impress an LA based producer of low budget porn movies as 'understated chic'. The Deer Park (aka The Treehorn Lounge) has about as much authenticity as something that hasn't yet been devised and never should be. Pleasant staff though, and the beer can be surprisingly good. Good selection of guest ales. Usually only one ready as others are pending. Very much an "invitation to treat" in that sense. Otherwise, it's an above average pub. paz.john.chamsaz - 8 Jan 2009 20:23 |
The 'Dear Pint' used to be a decent local boozer, but a succession of awful makeovers have ruined it. Last time I went in it was full of kids. Avoid it. Johnno - 16 Jul 2004 15:47 |
