A greene king pub with IPA and Abbott on tap. Unfortunately it closes at 3 and reopens at 5 but the barman was happy to leave us in peace in the back garden with our numerous pints whilst he locked us out. Can't grumble about that. Very much a 70s feel to it but worth a visit if passing by. d.franks - 6 May 2017 12:11 |
Not a good pub - not friendly, no atmosphere and an all rouns dismal experience. Have tried it twice (just in case) and left both times after one drink. Avoid like the plague! vladivar - 16 Dec 2008 16:46 |
this is a great little village pub with great food and good value for money racey - 11 Sep 2008 23:03 |
Nasty place. Unfriendly chavvy crappy little hole. And with idiots like the chap behind the bar, it's no wonder so many country pubs are going down the pan... Avoid. Jack_____Jack - 15 Aug 2008 18:58 |
Very friendly local pub. Decent pint and plenty of comfy seats. Really could do with Sky TV though! james6286 - 10 Feb 2006 02:20 |
