Moody's has now re opened as a pub after the Tree House debacle and standing empty for some time . The new management are doing a good job, the pub is lively, friendly and there are always three or four cask ales on, always in good condition , they do food from a limited but sensible menu ,bar snacks and are open for breakfast . They also have SKY sports , a decent place . ALBEERT - 27 Jan 2018 19:19 |
Now "The Treehouse". Lots of wood!. Gone up market and got a younger, trendier clientel. Bit pricey for Wakefield but worth a visit. Does food but not my type of menu. car1953 - 17 Jan 2016 17:30 |
An old pub going to waste needs extensive restoration ,this place could be a real pub again ,the lavatories stink to high heaven ,the whole place has an atmosphere of decay ALBEERT - 5 May 2015 15:01 |
Not a bad pub, okay for one after work. bigdog123 - 20 Apr 2009 14:21 |
I remember when this was a Pizza Hut, but it has been a pub/bar for many years now. There are better places within a couple of minutes walk, so you would be wise not to bother with Moody's. ThePintMaster - 19 Feb 2009 14:52 |
