What a change from the day before Although the bar staff did not understand what a light and bitter was? The pub was clean and tidy and the food was good, family friendly with animals and birds for the children to see Pity it was our last day at Allhallows ffoeg - 27 Jun 2015 14:33 |
An OK pub, locals reasonably friendly, but a bit out of the way. Good beer though served phonak - 17 Jan 2010 13:43 |
Stopped in the other day, and I've never met such an unfriendly Landlady. Beer ok but nothing special, the Chequers down the road is a better bet. John_Morgan - 2 Aug 2008 08:37 |
Lovely Sheppard Neame place on the road between Allhallows and High Halstow. All around here is quite remote but if you come across this pub it is worth a visit. On my recent holiday to Kent I have discovered why Sheppard Neame are so renowned. Their pubs are exceptional and a visit to the 'Garden of England' is worth it just for that.
