Surprisingly nice. I imagine it's a great place to visit in the summer as there is the massive open area to stand in outside the pub and then quite a decent area out of the back to stand in. Spacious place inside and I wouldn't be adverse to coming back here.

Like so many bars around Moorgate, this place is somewhat hidden away under a office block and thus a bit difficult to spot from any distance. Inside, it has a modern layout with the obligatory (and annoying) high tables. Several silent TVs showing live sport. There are also a few tables between the columns at the front, but a better bet is the reasonably-sized patio garden beyond the conservatory at the back. Four beers on handpump - Pedigree, EPA, Brakspear and the seasonal Hooray Henley. Little in the way of character, but you can do a lot worse around here.

I visited this pub recently and was pleased to find four cask beers on sale. I tried three of them, they were all really good. Nice to drink out of clean glasses for a change! The bar staff were really knowledable about cask beer and were very friendly too, can imagine it getting busy on a friday night. Will come again.

I was here on a recent Friday evening for a drink with my workmates.
Even though the place was busy the service was really quick.
They have a good selection of beers including four real ales on handpump.
There are a few plasma screens showing different sports.
The downside of this pub is the toilet which is too small for such a busy place.
Because the weather was good we could sit outside in the garden, watch cricket and enjoy our cold pints of beer.
I'll definitely visit it again.

Solid city pub that does exactly what it says on the tin and shows Sky Sports.

Not very atmospheric or traditional but I don't know what you would expect given the location or target market. Unashamedly full of suits and it has a large outside area to sit / stand / smoke which always helps. Is also right by Moorgate tube which makes it easier to get home

Has several TV's which are situated in odd positions so that you have to secure an optimum table to watch,

If you ever eat in here you will regret it. Best to stick to the (occasionally flat) lager and McCoys
