We've tried it a couple of times since the change of ownership. One time had no bitter on. Avoid at all costs. WaitorseBoyz - 12 Oct 2010 09:06 |
Visited yesterday and the pub was open - although as we were the only customers at 8pm it might not be for much longer. London Pride available and the bar staff were friendly - probably glad for someone to talk to. pubcollector - 30 Dec 2009 23:28 |
I work very near this pub dont like it and never use, however it is closed and has been for about a week. cimagirl - 28 Nov 2009 12:35 |
This place has plenty of outside seating as can be seen in the above picture and there is a pool table in a raised room to the left of the pub. The main bar has a plasma screen and there is a projector screen on the wall behind a small stage which was set up for a solo guitarist on my Saturday evening visit. Some of the tables were laid out with table cloths and cutlery giving a strange mix of sports pub and cheap restaurant and Im afraid the mix doesnt really work very well. The barmaid was friendly and Pride was available along with Bombardier, but my Guinness was undrinkable so I would steer well clear of the ales. I wont be drinking in this pub again.
