Just revisited after a year's absence. Still on form. Great finishing point if you're been walking along the canal. Dogs welcome in the pool room, though sitting out in the canal basin is always a pleasure. arihall - 18 May 2014 07:09 |

Visited in March and it is a bit of a walk out of Dewsbury. Nice setting at the Marina, and interesting loft bar. Had a Leeds Best, but it was not in good condition at all. As we had taken the beer downstairs to drink we did not climb back up to change it. Maybe we should of to give the pub a fairer review, but not the easiest bar to get to. gillhalfpint - 10 Jul 2009 12:17 |
Excellent boozer with well kept ales. Plenty of comfy chairs to relax in and an open fire to keep out the chill of winter. Everards Tiger has always been on each time I have frequented and is a nice pint. A bit of a walk out of the centre of Dewsbury but sure worth the walk and a boozer you can stay in for a fair few hours.. They have/had old viz annuals as well which is a bonus !!! aleterrier - 21 Feb 2009 05:31 |
