| Three of us plus the dog went here on a Friday night in August. We wanted to eat and were told that food was being served although there was a funeral wake group in the bar. After spending about £10 on drinks and crisps and a half hour wait we noticed the table menus being removed. I caught a glimpse of the Chef speaking to the barmaid who i asked if there was food being served. She replied no. Then why waste our time if you know that food is not going to be served ? Remove the Menus and boards outside and tell people in advance. The beer was alright but the music was too loud. We left and had a good meal down the road at the The Crispin Inn.
