Once bitten might shy. Been there done it won't go back. Staff have no idea how to serve a pint or how customer service really works. Unless, of course, you are a beautiful looking early 20's male or female. Drink not too expensive for the city centre but the beers are not well kept and, on my visit, the spirit was not what the lady in our company asked for. Must have been Smognoff not Smirnoff. Better places nearby. droggs - 18 Jun 2018 01:27 |
A Wetherspoons lookalike, as noted below. Makes the Society Rooms over the road look classy. Family groups seemed to make up the small early evening crowd, and John Smiths (2.49) seemed my only choice, so I necked that and scarpered. Queenslander - 8 Sep 2016 22:44 |
Chain pub not unlike a spoons, my pint of "real ale" cost 2.19 but was undrinkable. Utter shite in all honesty. nokegthanks - 1 Jul 2014 22:19 |
