| Reopened at the end of March 2014. The pub has had a complete makeover and is now owned and run by Provenence Inns. The emphasis is on food and accommodation is under construction. There is still a cosy bar and a modern restaurant has been created. The carriage from the Brighton Bell was sold when the property was under receivership and is now being restored for the Brighton Bell train..
