| Two section building. Half being a restaurant and the other half the pub. Had lunch here last week. Friendly service and the food was good. Shandychica had the Lasagne and I ordered the Steak and Kidney pie. The Barmaid (Landlady?) pointed out that if I had ordered from the specials board could have had the same meal for a few quid less. So all credit to her. Beer was from the Otter range with a pump for a guest ale. However nothing on at the time. Large car park and seating outside in the garden. A little off the beaten track, but worth visiting Talaton to sample what a village used to be like. i.e. Friendly with a pub shop and school.
