| small residential estate pub. looks a bit run down on the outside. inside has a small central bar serving a tap room and lounge. the tap sounded a bit rowdy, so we went in the lounge which was quieter, and turned out to be clean and looked after. historical pictures of woodhouse around the walls. *** there was no food or cask ales. has the feel of a "locals only" dwelling. *** verdict: poor state, no food or cask ales. prefer the Junction just down the road. just a 2 from me. reynard - 17 Jun 2009 12:33 |
