| Hadn't been in here since it was revamped. Went in recently for a quiet Sunday afternoon drink whereupon it was suddenly overran by a football squad and its attendant hangers on. Sat for a while as they took over the place, shouting for drinks and then, to our amazement, we watched the owner/head honcho bring out cups of soup for them all! Now, if you're going to provide/ask for this service, should you no make sure there is a private function room available for such? Or did the owner judge it fit to have the casual passers by subject to a squad of footie types rather than risk losing money by shutting off the restaurant area for a few hours?
