| Visited this pub whilst passing on Christmas Day lunchtime. It used to be in the Good Beer Guide, and on this occasion the beer quality was fine, but it definately had an air of decay and a feeling of being unloved and uncared for. Shame. It has alot to offer so I'll just give you a list Great food Great staff Comforting atmosphere Good selection of drinks Childrens play area Pool room Juke box Games machine Front and back beer garden I know it sounds like I work in/own the pub, but I don't.
