| Very much a food led pub, near to the A303 but nowhere near the railway stations that this BITE entry suggests. Food was good quality and reasonably priced. Two Otter beers available � Otter Bitter and Otter Ale. Both were in good condition. A nice place to stop on the way past but I don�t think we would go out of our way. PlainSong - 31 Jan 2012 13:45 |
| Roadside pub in tiny village by-passed by A303 many years ago. Exterior in Cornish pebbledash white with lovely atmospheric interior, but surprising that a pub has survived in this location. 3 hand pumps serving 2 beers and plethora of used pump climps. Seemed friendly enough good menu although not cheap, but I hear portions are large and quality good from other customers who stop here every time they go to holiday home in West Devon.
