There are a few alterations that should be made to the previous review if it is to be taken as correct. The Pitchers have now been raised in price to 6.50 and the alcohol content lowered to 4shots. Less for your cash. Complaints are registered if not always recorded on a regular basis. And the atmosphere can differ when the local undesirables are allowed to frequent the establishment. But if this still sounds like your cup of tea then i would certainly suggest Apres. billybo1986 - 27 Aug 2008 15:49 |
ye its quite good the pitchers are great but they are surely not contenders to win any cocktail competitions. *JUST CHUCK IT ALL IN THE GLASS, THATS THE WAY TO MAKE A COCKTAIL* HA HA webby2008 - 26 Jul 2008 06:07 |
A new(ish) bar in the heart of cheltenham. Beverage wise, they offer a range of cocktails and lagers, and everything inbetween (though not recommened for real ale drinkers). A cocktail pitcher is just 6 (between two, there is about two good glasses each), and a 4 pint pitcher for about 7, so great value. They offer a fantastic food menu, with everything from simple snacks (paninis, baked potatoes etc) to pizza and full meals (lasagne etc)...all of wihch tastes great. No one has ever complained when Ive been there. Atmophere wise, there is a modern and relaxed feeling. The interior is predominatly red which looks classy and inviting, with varied seating from tables, booths and stalls/bar areas. Plasma screens everywhere to show sporting games. Music is constantly played; during the day it is quieter, but at night it gets louder so dont expect to have a 'quiet' night in there. Overall, worth a a look ta, whether for a girly lunch, or the prelude to a hard night out. fran - 1 Jul 2008 17:26 |
