| Sunday 14 Aug 11 - This pub was recommended to us by locals for a good Sunday roast. We were not disappointed - had 2xbeef and 1xlocal pork, with Y-Pud + 3xal-dente veg & real gravy. Price reflected quality&portion size. Service was quick despite being 3/4 full. Good selection of local beers + 1 cider. | Stayed in a holiday cottage down the road from here and visited a few times during our stay. Nice well kept pub/restaurant, mainly aimed towards the food crowd. Does have the benefit of having a billiards table which I hadn't played in years!
