| Visited the Canal Inn on a Saturday afternoon back in May 2008. We found it a very friendly place - with good food too! A couple of us who went there for the pub lunch are vegetarians. The Canal Inn had plenty to offer them as well as the usual pub favourites. The food tasted homemade, rather than the microwave grub that many pubs seem to serve up these days.
