| We were somewhat dissapointed after a recent visit for a meal at this pub. Once a first choice where it was a must to book on a Friday night, we called in en spec and had a choice of tables! The menu was much the same as we had eaten from previously, but the standard of the food has certainly dropped. Frozen greasy chips turn me cold and I wouldn't expect that from somewhere that previously had such a good reputation. I know it changed hands a while back, but the new owners need to get the food back on the rails or they may start to struggle.
