| As part of our holiday in March we visited this large, old establishment. The rooms are brightly lit and a TV showing sport in the drinking area feels a bit intrusive. However The St Austell Tribute and the guest ale, (St. Austell Harlequin), were in great condition but a tad expensive I thought. | Not perhaps as characterful as many of the pubs in this wonderful part of the country but has good beer decent food and jolly staff. The beer garden is a very nice spot to while away a couple of hours. strangetorpor - 11 Oct 2015 11:14 |
