| Last night they had both handpumps on the go serving Pedigree and Jennings Cocker Hoop. The Jennings was OK. The main problem was that they simply didn't have enough staff on. The one lad who was serving was rushed off his feet and there were 5 waiting to be served. When he tried to get some help it didn�t arrive. Poor customer service guys, get it sorted. It�s a pretty nondescript estate style pub with a large carvey restaurant to the left and lots of other seating to the right also set up for food. It�s pretty poor all round really. | Large food based pub facing Telford's main Police station. They do a carvery for �3.99 midweek. I haven't tried the food but at �3.99, how can you get stung!!! The only real ale on was Pedigree which was passable. I can't remember how long quiz machines have been in pubs but the one in here was last upgraded in Roman times. ROBCamra - 24 Nov 2008 16:41 |
