| Shepherd Neame pub in the middle of the historic Lanes area, with Victorian interior (which may or may not be genuine), which fits nicely with the local environment. All the brewery's usual beers were available at tourist prices but the Bishops was a little cloudy and was replaced by Spitfire. Efficient staff and pleasant atmosphere.
