| The Noel is situated close to Rutland Water. So it inevitably attracts its fair share of walkers and cyclists. Whilst it looks quite traditional on the outside, the interior is pretty characterless and has the feel of an Indian restaurant. However it seems to be a fairly upmarket eatery these days, advertising for functions and you can even get your own Noel card. | great food and selection of drinks. Just reading pervious review about a606 which is a complete nightmare at mo, and agree its a long and difficult diversion and will continue to be until christmas. but would say well worth a visit even if its after the road re-opens! enjoyed grainstore which is local to oakham and nice to see local pub supporting local brewers! johnboy01 - 16 Oct 2008 05:56 |
