| Popped into this pub with about 15 friends and family last Saturday lunchtime. What a haven from the cold hail and rain outside. It was warm and welcoming with two roaring fires. The friendly staff were unfazed by wet adults, children and dogs. We took over half the pub and drank excellent beer. Cracking cosy littel pub with good selection of real ales. | An excellent evening entertainment, with a real ale festival and a music festival both going on. The place was busy, with bands playing both inside and out.
