| This pub has obviously been purchased by a property sepculator who decided to run it into the ground - as pub_aficianado stated open short hours and little beer choice I think..anyway boarded up now and planning permission requested for conversion to housing...the new owner should be ashamed of themselves. Still, get your objections in on Bexley council website this pub is in a conservation area. Rated O/10 as its closed Number.6 - 3 Feb 2011 22:26 |

| Decided to take a chance on this place with the Mrs one mid-week evening for a pint, and I hoped, some food. We walked in, and walked right back out again. The atmosphere was unwelcoming and it made you feel like you'd stepped into the 'Slaughtered Lamb' from An American Werewolf In London. There was only one barman who was busy chatting to a couple of regulars, and didn't bother looking up as we came in. Not a good first impression. PMA - 6 Sep 2010 19:32 |
