| Quirky & friendly? A welcome stop after a very bitter walk back in the wind last night from Sharpenhoe. A nice fire, another friendly face behind the bar, and interested inquiries given the driving snow flurries outside. It had been treacherous coming down from the Clappers - and Taylor's Golden Best helped retire equanimity if not balance before a slide up & around in the part.
