| Wish we had seen the reviews before we visited, as we had a similar experience as baddyboy, fantastic venue, and great website promised a tasty meal at gastropub prices. The food was poor to say the least. We ordered cottage pie, which was made with tinned mince! and fish pie which had bits of chicken in it! not great if you don't eat meat! The staff were over attentive, with a visit to our table every other mouthful, they may as well have sat down with us! Shame as we feel we have paid over the odds for a very mediocre meal.
