| Sadly this pub has now been closed for some time, a shame as it could have been a lovely rural pub if it has been run properly. | This is singularly the worst pub I have ever eaten 'food' in. I would rather pull my ears off than ever go here again. The landlord was worse than the food, and the beer was only just better than him. | It's had a chequered history due to various changes of management, but at time of writing not a bad place for drink and food. Suffers from being somewhat off the beaten track so you have to drive to get there, but very handy for The Ridgeway.
