| Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear. One-time legendary music venue run by that excellent Irish singer Joe Giltrap (who's still out there performing on the circuit), tragically closed circa 2000 for conversion into a restaurant, now just another bog-standard Irish pub with decent Guinness but no real ale. The site of the stage area (once graced by so many great bands - Balham Alligators, Ron Kavana, Reg Meuross, Hank Wangford, John Chibadura & the Tembo Bros, Robb Johnson, Slim Dusty, Paul Young & Los Pacaminos.....) is now occupied by the pool table.
