It's pretty grim really. Never busy whenever I've visited. Don't expect anything like a real ale it's all the plastic stuff and Aussie lager (much of it bottled but Fosters on tap). It's only saving grace used to be that it was cheap but that's since changed and your paying 2 and a half quid for Smiths Smooth. At the weekend all the (limited) seating get's 'removed' at about 9 p.m. presumably to give room for for the lager louts who might arrive later (wouldn't know as I've never stopped in the place that late). mac.hawk - 20 Dec 2009 21:42 |

Walkabout chain pub with the standard drinks and food. Upstairs and downstairs sometimes show different sporting events. If you in at lunch don't expect everything to be clean from the night before.
