| SNAFU rose out of the ashes of The Old Monk and before that the last department store in Rotherham - Muntus. It was simple - it provided a place with decent beer, decent cocktails, and decent music. It delivered very well and continues to do so. Loud music at the weekends, largely with decent bands, and lovingly-crafted cocktails (the bar staff really like to make cocktails!) make this place stand out.
