| Popped into this place for a bit of lunch. It appeared a bit tatty from the outside and this proved to be the case inside. The Mrs wasn't sure if we should stay. We did stay and I'm very pleased we did. Really friendly staff, cracking beer and the sandwiches and chips made for a hearty lunch. This is a no thrills local farmers pub and there is nothing wrong with that. Don't go if you want a harvester, if you like a no nonsense jolly little boozer I'd erg you to pop in.
