| Called in here hoping to fine good ale and atmosphere. Not a real ale drinkers paradise. Most seem to be later drinkers. Ales limited and not great. Apparently the place is under new landlord, with the promise of music etc. Not a great experience. EagleEye - 9 Nov 2013 11:42 |

| Located a short walk from the cathedral, it is OK for a quick pint at the start or end of the evening but not much more. Selection of foreign beer on draught and a couple of real ale... had the "doom bar" which was reasonable but nothing special.
