This establishment will be closing down soon (if it hasn't already) since Hounslow Council has approved redevelopment of the site to provide an 8-storey hotel and the usual mix of private and social housing. raymondo44 - 8 May 2010 18:18 |

This was a great pub when Fullers used to run the Robert Inn and the next door motel as one unit. By the sound of it, the "pub" side is either being starved of investment/management time or worse has been hived off. Either way, it does not sound like the best place for a pint of Pride. malo66 - 25 Jan 2010 13:46 |
Not beyond redemption but needs a refurb to be able to compete with the indian cartel running the motor inn next to it........ threeravensmoor - 15 Jan 2009 12:15 |
Over the years Ive driven past here more times than I care to remember. Well, I finally managed a visit and I wasnt that impressed. There is a pool table on the way to the gents at the rear of the pub, a dart board and there is also a plasma screen that was airing a Man Ure v Arsenal game from the 80s. There are 3 Pride pumps and 3 redundant pumps, which says a lot in my opinion, along with standard lager. Avery sterile pub on the A4 in, what feels like, the middle of nowhere.
