Hadn't been for two years - always had a bit of a dodgy reputation. What a transformation. A great family pub. Good, wholesome food, lovely staff, great beer. Lovely atmosphere. I'm a regular now anonymous - 18 Feb 2007 17:47 |
Very good place to visit. Since the management has changed (end of 2006) there have been lots of improvements made ... GOOD FRESH Food ... Great Service ... a wide range of products to chose from ... Try one of the specials ... they are SUPERB .... RATING 10 from me ... pintmaster - 12 Feb 2007 03:10 |
Pub situated not a million miles from Hamworthy park and a couple of slipways for boaters so you get a strange mix of families and wannabe sea-capiins! However, its a nice enough convieniant pub which houses a few clubs gatherings (like the hamworthy dive club) and has the odd event like a fireworks night. I would say .... average Barkingspider - 1 Jun 2006 16:33 |
