Horrendous establishment. Walked in here one afternoon and it was dead. Shuffled to the bar, no beer on, went for a Guinness which was over priced. Horrible. I have heard this used to be reasonable but now it is awful. Don't bother. Sharp - 22 Jun 2008 15:33 |
Nice little pub in Broomhill, cheap for drinks with friendly staff, has several TV's, handy for the world cup. Although it has a non smoking area i was annoyed to see at least two people lighting up in the area which clearly stated no smoking. Carl1982 - 20 Jun 2006 13:45 |
A small freindly pub hidden behind somerfield in Broomhill, The pub has recently had a makeover making it a relaxing mature pub amongst the dirty student hovels. Price of a pint starting at 1-75 with discounts on Tuesdays and Thursdays. 2 meals for 5-50, 2 pool tables, an eclectic jukebox with thousands of tracks and 2 big screens. A pleasant mix of students and locals makes for a good atmosphere every night, helped by the friendly and beautiful staff. golli - 28 Mar 2006 17:15 |
