| This pub is really frinedly with a great attitude from staff. Good beers and the wine is priced really well. Gets really busy late on with the late licence and you never have to wait too long at the bar despite it being rammed. During the daytime this place is quiet and realxing (no jukebox/TV) just great ales, eclectic music (landlord's choice), a warm fire and really friendly and talkative staff. | I only go in here because it's the only place to go when everywhere else has closed. Can't say I would go in for any other reason. Normal Canterbury prices (expensive), average quality, staff are really a good bunch though. Creg - 18 Sep 2008 12:34 |
