| I went there a few weeks ago with a group of friends from Sidmouth. The beer and food were OK. If you're in NP and need a drink then it's fine, but not really a destination in itself. nick113 - 7 May 2013 09:01 |

| Quirky, unkempt, lovable are three words I could use about this pub. Beer comes straight from the barrel and they have a little beer festival during the August bank holiday weekend. Popped in a number of times when holidaying in the area. Oakman100 - 23 Nov 2011 18:54 |

| Quiet on a Tuesday night. But the food was nice and a decent pint of Yellow Hammer, to wash the grub down. Several specials on, that included a pint with the meal. Our party sampled various things on the menu and we all enjoyed the food.
