Just been in for a spot of lunch, was totally ignored at the bar. Even when I pointed out that I was actually next to be served, the barmaid just smiled and carried on serving the other punter, who also didn't have the decency to let me order first. Rubbish staff, rude customers. Do they realise how easy it is to get back in your car and go somewhere else???? christoff - 16 Sep 2010 13:52 |
Called in for the first time yesterday evening since its refurb some years ago. A busy pub with very good food (eg mixed grill sizzlers) at very reasonable prices. Three cask ales on, the Ruddles I drank was on good form. Worth a visit! alexw - 15 Nov 2009 09:44 |
Nice little Green King pub, the beer's usually fresh, and the food isn't bad. Very friendly atmosphere and a good quiz on Thursday nights. pavorossi - 3 Feb 2009 15:33 |
Used to be a brilliant Friday night, now over-run by scallys who seem to only want to fight with decent locals. anonymous - 25 Apr 2007 13:40 |
