| The present landlord Madhav has been there for just over a year, and he has done well with refurbishing the venue and seeking to make this a family pub. | Locals pub located in the centre of Oundle. This is not normally my kind of establishment. Customers were fairly young and were all very merry. This may have had something to do with the pink concoction that was being prepared in pitchers to celebrate one man's birthday. Music was being played very loud and apparently the ladies toilets were blocked! Nevertheless, everybody seemed very friendly and I actually found myself enjoying my short time here despite only sticking to a coke as I was driving.
