| As @afriendcalled5 says, now trading as the Grey Goose bar and restaurant. Well, we thought we'd give it a try. We walked in, looked at the suspiciously trendy chromed beer pumps and thought we'd have some Adnams anyway. We stood at the bar and watched three of the staff faffing around for five minutes trying to sort out a drinks order for the restaurant. Just as they finished and a dozy looking article came free two young women walked in and up to the bar. The dozy article instantly served them. | Now reopened as "The Grey Goose", fully refurbished in 'modern' style as a Restaurant with a bar, three hand-pumps serving Black Sheep, Hobgoblin and Adnams Southwold. Beer quality OK so far. | the pub itself, ok, the beer, ok. They do karaoke at weekends. Sadly, I cannot recommend this pub to anyone, the landlord has a tendency to be unneccesarily abrasive and rude to people.
