| A real gem . 6 real ales on draft & it just had a beer festival. Several local ales & all in good condition. Well frequented by locals. | What do we want, good first welcome, good selection of 6 hand pulled beers, mild on tap, good local support, consistent CAMRA pub 2003,04,05,06 etc... tucked away in a side street, and not to be missed, the landlord knows what is required here. | In fact this is not a bad pub at all. Great beer and a convivial atmosphere with good service. It's a bit smokey, and not exactly full of the "younger set".
