It is owned by Vintage Inns, with the usual faults and virtues, but it's more of a restaurant than most of their pubs. Seems to be popular, though. cato - 26 Jan 2012 21:45 |
99% restaurant, 1% pub but food was good, quite reasonably priced for the area and service surprisingly friendly. Only two ales on, the ubiquitous London Pride and a low gravity seasonal from Adnam's so hardly a place that is going to have the real ale mob queuing on the doorstep. Garden looked spacious and maybe worth a trip in the summer. Suspect it might be owned by our friends Vintage Inns or one of their ilk. Campanologist - 11 Dec 2011 20:54 |
building has now reopened as a pub (sadly a gastro pub by the looks of things) called the Pomeroy Inn CHELSEA_on_tour - 27 Jul 2011 12:11 |
The Pineapple closed a couple of years ago, the building is now a Thai restaurant. spacehopper - 3 May 2010 00:46 |
Good place for families. Food is OK and reasonably priced. Staff friendly. Davidd - 16 Jun 2006 10:50 |
