I dropped by to meet a friend and play some darts. For this the pub is very good as spacious, generous amount given over to the game. There is also a pool table. If you like playing darts, cards, or pool this is a good place to come. The pub itself is very 1970's feeling with sculptured brickwork and mock beams. It is an estate pub so not particularly grand or quaint; functionality is the deal here. As with many pubs in north London, this place is Irish owned and run and as such NO REAL ALE. Despite this they have not overstated the Irish connection and anybody can feel comfortable here. In all, the pub is better than first impressions might grant you but could be improved with some more interesting decor and as always, the addition of real ale!
