| Have not visited this pub for at least 15 years, and I've been in it twice in the last week. It's clean, airy (Hurray for the smoking ban!)and while it was busy,it wasn't too noisy so it was easy to have a conversation without raising your voice.The seating is comfy, but if you prefer to stand there is enough space around the bar. I didn't try the food but it seemed to popular on both visits so I may give it a try soon. As well as the usual suspects on draught there were 3 real ales available on each visit, Deuchars, Pedigree, and a guest, Hydes Bitter one time, and Cains IPA the other.
