| The people who have written the previous reviews have obviously not been in this pub for a while, i was in on tuesday night for a bite to eat and the quiz, which i might say is for charity, the food was great the service fantastic and me and my mates had a wicked night, i was dubious when i read the previous reviews, but i had to see for myself, we will definately be back. All i can say to you guys is get back and have a look and don't go with preconceived ideas of what it used to be like becase it is not like that now. They have disco karoke every fortnight, Wii nighs every fortnight, a menu to die for, cheerful staff, and the regulars i spoke to said its just great now. so what are you all waiting for get down to your local and have some fun. juicyluci - 4 Mar 2010 00:45 |
| Me, my partner and baby daughter went here for lunch, NEVER AGAIN. We dared to query our order (which was totally wrong) and asked for a receipt to check it over. The manageress brought over the receipt threw my partners coat on the floor to sit herself down and started to go over what we had ordered. She was aggressive from start to finish especially when we told her the man who served us hadn't listened and had to be told more than once what we wanted (still getting it wrong) couldn't do his job, she said this man was her husband and said it was us who were wrong, after making a show of us in front of the other customers we were allowed to eat our less than adequate food.
