Really good guest ale at present; Banks & Taylor "Black Dragon Mild". Anybody who likes mild will love this... Food great as always. Barrow_Beer_Hunter - 11 Jun 2012 14:51 |
I dont agree with some of these comments below... We have visited a few times in the last couple of years and always had good food and beer. Normal Everards beers, but I seem to remember a guest as well. Maybe not quite the pub it was when it had the various banknotes on the roof behind the bar but pretty good. My friend and I were given food we had not ordered and the waitress was very rude to us when we told them We won't be going back. localgirl1 - 5 Jun 2011 17:23 |
Best avoided due to the exceptionally rude staff. JohnnyBGoode2 - 11 Apr 2011 23:51 |
Was great before it burnt down. It's now been "Everarded'" and has lost all it's atmosphere. No longer a 'local' more a food factory serving typical pub fodder. Very disappointing. rhemming - 1 Apr 2005 13:06 |
