| Lovely pub and restaurant inside, very clean and modern looking. The food however wasnt so good. We both had fresh tagatelli with goats cheese and roasted vegetables. The vegetables and pasta needed salt, a lot of salt. The pasta was quite thick like noodles. Very disappointed because the dish was well presented and looked tasty. I complained to the waitress afterwards and she told the chef who just shrugged. Plus to finish the meal the bar drinks were calculated wrong, so check your bill. | Myself and 3 friends enjoyed a fantastic evening in Ashby's A La Carte menu. The food was superb, by far the best around. The staff were all pleasant and very professional. I would reccommend the Hercules to anyone. anna123 - 20 Feb 2007 15:24 |
| We enjoyed a tremendous night here - fantastic meal of locally produced food, followed by entertainment in the bar with a proper community feel. This is really an oasis worth as visit - keep up the good work!!! and thanks anonymous - 1 Dec 2005 19:17 |
