Friendly "proper pub" with decent ales & capable, pleasant staff. I haven't eaten there but the food looks good. Big screen for screening sport on TV. If I could walk there I would visit it regularly

Decent pub the food was ok a couple young idiots knocking around that no one seemed to want to be near, but staff friendly good beer little expensive on some pints mind but all in all not a bad pub.

john and mya took over here in sept 07
they have created a nice environment and atmosphere that someone of any age wil appreciate.
They serve well kept beer and some delicious foods.....especially the jacks chicken

more for older people needs something to make it better.Not an ideal pub to visit!
